The Point Lobos State Reserve has many miles of easy
trail that skirts the coast, offering views of sea lions, harbor seals, tidepools,
and beautiful coastline. The reserve is just a few miles south of Carmel
and is an entertaining and leisurely way to spend a day.
I hope you enjoy my photos of California.

Another view of the Big Sur coast in California
|
The surf in many places along Big Sur has
carved the rocks
and shore into stone arches and caves. In many of these places you can look
down and see Sea Lions or Harbor Seals swimming in the clear green water.

The ocean along Point Lobos and elsewhere along the
Big Sur coast is just teeming with wildlife.
